Return and Refund Policy
Our top priority is customer service, in the event that you don't receive your packages within 30 days after shipment, for USA addresses and 49 days for orders outside the USA, a full refund will be issued upon customer request.
We also accept return requests within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. The reasons may include:
-You are not satisfied with the item
-You receive the wrong product, size, color, etc
-The product was delivered damaged or with malfunctions
If the product was delivered damaged, you received the wrong size, or the size does not match the one displayed on the product description, PLEASE include pictures as proof so we can file the claim.
Returns must be received in new condition and in original package; unused, unworn, unwashed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Kiclos.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded but only exchanged. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
If you want to request a return, simply send us a email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason of the request and we we'll provide you with further instructions.
After we have provided you with instructions for the return of the items. We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days after we received the item/s back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
